How Many toilets do I need?

There are many recommendations for how many toilets you should have at an event no matter how big or small, but we can help you figure out what will work best for you.  We use experience and recommendations from industry partners to help inform you.

Things that will influence what is needed

• Is there alcohol (more bathrooms)
• ADA accessibility 
• Duration of event
• Total attendees
• Food Served (sinks)
• Type of event - Will there be times when everyone goes at the same time

We most often recommend going with more than the minimum number of toilets needed in order to provide for a smoother event.  getting more toilets will alleviate lines and congestion as well as keeping the units cleaner and less full throughout your event.

ADA Units - Changes based on type of event, but we often recommend having a minimum of one if there is a possible need.

Large events - There may be additional local regulations associated with event permits, so you should always consult with whichever authority issued your permit if unsure what is needed.
